Committees

Executive Committee-

The Executive Committee is composed of the CEO, Director, or Commander of each participating partner. They generally meet on a quarterly basis, and provide the annual strategic focus for the partnership.

Planning Committee-

The Chief Operating Officer, or equivalent, of each partner organization serves on the Planning Committee. The Planning committee ensures that Partnership initiatives are executed within the partner organizations and in concert with the Partnership Office. The Planning committee meets at least monthly to coordinate initiatives and to share information amongst the partners.

Federal Education Sharing Group

The Federal Education Sharing Group (FESG) coordinates, produces, and delivers educational offerings to health care providers, professionals, and even beneficiaries. The FESG is made up of federal nurse educators from all partners’ facilities and works under the guidance of the Planning Committee and the Executive Committee to determine the content and number of educational offerings.

Logistics Committee

The Logistics Committee (LOG), made up of federal contracting managers and logistical managers, compares and combines contracts, agreements, and other shared initiatives. The Logistics Group is the key committee in sharing logistical and financial resources, striving to save federal dollars. The Logistics Committee meets on an ad hoc basis.

Partnership Telehealth and Technology Committee

The Partnership Telehealth & Technology Committee’s role is to be the primary forum to identify potential collaborative telehealth & technology solutions to meet member needs.
