Elmendorf Air Force Base- 673rd Medical Group

The 673MDG is a Joint Venture Hospital which serves the health care needs of 106,000 DoD and VA beneficiaries. This modern, well-equipped facility opened in May 1999 and offers a full range of primary care and specialty services, providing comprehensive care in both outpatient and inpatient settings. The 673MDG also supports a robust medical deployment mission. Many medical group members are on standby to respond, with appropriate equipment, to contingency situations worldwide.

Eielson AFB- 354th Medical Group

The 354MDG, which is located 20 miles east of Fairbanks, provides outpatient medical services for approximately 8,000 military beneficiaries residing in the interior. The 354MDG operates a primary care service and utilizes the nearby Bassett Army Community Hospital in Fairbanks as their primary referral facility to provide additional health care services.
