Scott brings over 23 years of business management experience to the TGC team. His expertise is in loss prevention, risk management and organizational culture. His professional coaching style lends most closely to transformational leadership where he leverages his degree in Organizational Management to provide practical tools for his clients to grab a hold of while making necessary paradigm shifts that allow for deep rooted change. His ability to get to the root of the matter within minutes of his coaching session has given him success with the ability to quickly see results in the professionals he coaches. Scott coaches both local and remotely located professionals through face-to-face, teleconference and video feed.

As a former public official he is acutely aware of the nuances of acting as a public servant as well as working with government agencies. This dynamic of being able to see both sides of the coin allows him the unique ability to bring public/private entities to the table for results in successful negotiation tactics and strategies for effective communication.

Scott is no stranger to public safety, having served on the police force, as a director of public safety and as an emergency preparedness trainer and consultant. He now brings this skill set to TGC clients that work in the realm of safety every day: oilfield, construction, engineering, and many others.

As a former educator in the state he has developed, modified and trained multiple workforce programs in both the public and private settings at a national level: communications, documentation & retention, organizational strategy and customer service. Retail organizations have relied on him to strengthen their sales teams through use of GAP analysis and, LEAN and Six Sigma principals. Scott is highly adept at working with organizations to get the most out of their leadership groups and their up and coming leaders. His passion is helping develop others to fully realize their professional potential regardless of their hierarchical level in the organization. Scott can connect with employees from interns to executives in a way that shows sincerity, demonstrates high competency and delivers high returns toward more effective workgroups.

From working on the slope to his work with Lexus, Scott’s skill set is as diverse as his many years of experience. His expertise comes from his ability to maintain the thread of organizational management, risk management, customer service and managerial communications throughout the last two decades.

Scott’s integrity and sincerity for the well-being of organizations and their people precedes him wherever he goes. When he is not working with TGC clients you can bet you can find him riding his motorcycle or out on the banks fishing.
